Erin is a warm and enthusiastic Counselling Psychologist. She completed her Doctorate in the UK and has considerable experience working within the field of mental health.

Aside from the Gidget Foundation, Erin also works in private practice. Erin engages with clients across the life span and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, community, education and specialist services. Her special areas of interest include life transitions, adjustment issues, relational difficulties, identity issues, loss and grief, resilience, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Drawing on a systemic foundation, Erin utilises aspects of humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural models. Respect, empathy and integrity are at the core of her professional work. Erin is passionate about her role and her clients, working collaboratively with them to achieve an understanding of their difficulties and a meaningful way forward.
