About

At the Gidget Foundation we are passionate about working with like-minded organisations who share our values and commitment to supporting expectant and new parents experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety.

We work to form mutually-beneficial partnerships, as we believe together, we can achieve so much more.

Whether you’re a small, medium or large business, all we ask is that you come to the table with a genuine intent to support our work and an open heart and mind. We know that no business is the same, so we pride ourselves on working with you to create a unique and mutually beneficial offering.

How to support us

Business usually support the Gidget Foundation in one of four ways:

  • Sales-related initiative: this is where an amount is donated from the sale of a product or service, providing consumers with an additional to reason to buy.
  • Staff fundraising: empowering staff to create and execute an event in support of the Gidget Foundation or an individual fundraising challenge – the sky is the limit! Morning teas, trivia nights, BBQs, auctions or raffles – these events can be tailored to suit your business.
  • In-kind support: our aim at the Gidget Foundation is to keep our administration costs as low as possible to ensure much of the funds raised support our mission. Businesses providing us with goods or services, which we would ordinarily need to pay for, as a pro bono arrangement is incredibly valuable.
  • Sponsorship of events: the Gidget Foundation hosts a number of events each year. There are always opportunities to be involved in these event via a sponsorship of the entire event or elements of it.

If you are interested in partnering with the Gidget Foundation Australia, we’d love to hear from. Please complete the following so we have some background when we contact you. We anticipate being in touch within 7-10 business days.

"In November 2017, the team at the Gidget Foundation, which included Chairman Dr Vijay Roach and Board members Catherine Knox and Kara Nicholls, provided a moving and insightful presentation to the staff of Boardroom, focusing on the emotional wellbeing of new parents and their families.

Boardroom staff were inspired to support the Gidget Foundation and were eager to donate and assist with funding, to produce the Antenatal Video for Expectant Mothers.

Boardroom are pleased to have raised $7,000 as a result of a weekly gold coin donation from employees who wore casual clothing to the office on Fridays, our ‘Mufti Day’. We are proud to support the wonderful people at the Gidget Foundation and we hope that the Antenatal Video is a great support to many Australian families."
