PANDA

PANDA’s national helpline is available to provide support and information to families experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety.

Callers are supported by someone who really understands how they are feeling and knows how to help them take the first step to recovery. Many of PANDA’s trained counsellors – a combination of professional staff and peer support volunteers – have experienced PNDA themselves.
